Refund policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee — Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not functioning as described, you're covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. Contact us within that window and we will either replace the item or issue a full refund — your choice.

To qualify, the defect or damage must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date confirmed by tracking.

Returns for Non-Defective Items

We do accept returns on non-defective items within 30 days of delivery, but please note the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition with all included accessories and packaging.

Return shipping costs and any applicable customs or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund for the product price only will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

We do not accept returns on used items that are not defective.

How to Start a Return

Email support@vahrelo.com with your order number and the reason for your return before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns — meaning items sent back without prior approval — will not be accepted and cannot be refunded.

We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

1-Year Warranty

Every Vahrelo product includes a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. If your item stops functioning due to a manufacturing defect within that period, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and use
  • Damage caused by misuse, modification, or failure to follow care instructions
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
  • Items reported defective after the 1-year warranty period

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit. If you haven't seen your refund within 15 business days of approval, contact us at support@vahrelo.com.
